Dink Like David is an indoor pickleball facility in Umapad, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines. This page explains what information we collect through our website and internal management applications, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you book a court through our booking provider, that provider collects the details needed for your booking (name, contact details, booking time, and payment). We receive booking and payment records from the provider in order to run the facility and keep our accounts.

Our internal applications, used only by Dink Like David's owner and staff, record facility operations: sales, inventory, purchases, expenses, and photos of purchase receipts.

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This collects standard usage data such as pages visited and approximate location; it does not identify you by name.

To improve the website, we also keep a short record of each visit: how you arrived (for example from one of our ads), the type of device, how far you scrolled, and whether you tapped Book Now. For the first 30 seconds of a visit we record a replay of the page as you see it, including scrolling and taps, so we can see where the site is unclear. This replay is not a camera or screen video, it does not include anything outside our website, and anything typed into a field is hidden. Replays are deleted after 14 days and visit records after 120 days, and they are only viewable by Dink Like David's owner.

Google account data

Our internal management application can connect to the owner's own Google Drive account in order to store photos of purchase receipts and product images. The application only accesses the files and folders it creates itself. It does not read, modify, or share any other content in the Google account, and this data is never sold or transferred to third parties. The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate the facility, process bookings and payments, manage stock and purchases, keep accounting records, and improve our website. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention and security

Operational records are retained for as long as needed for business and accounting purposes. Our applications are protected by access controls and are available only to authorized staff.
